2014 National Baseball Congress World Series
The 2014 National Baseball Congress World Series was played at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium in Wichita, KS. It was the 80th edition of the tournament. For the second straight year the tournament was split into two separate brackets, "First Week" and "Championship Week". A total of 30 teams from 10 different states made up the tournament.
The Santa Barbara Foresters of the California Collegiate League won their 5th NBC crown, beating defending champion Seattle Studs in the final by a score of 3-2 in 12 innings. It was the third time the Foresters had beaten the Studs in an NBC final.
Foresters pitcher Jon Duplantier of Rice University was named tournament MVP.
