1976 National Baseball Congress World Series
The 1976 National Baseball Congress World Series was won by the Alaska Goldpanners, who beat their Alaska Baseball League rivals the Anchorage Glacier Pilots 2-0 to win their fourth NBC crown in five years. The two teams were meeting in the final of the Wichita, KS tournament for the third time.
Goldpanner Greg Harris of Long Beach City College, who pitched a two-hitter in the championship game, was named tourney MVP.
