2012 National Baseball Congress World Series
The 2012 National Baseball Congress World Series was played in Wichita, KS at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium. 32 teams from 10 different states participated in the tournament. For the first time ever no team from the Alaska Baseball League took part.
The Santa Barbara Foresters of the California Collegiate League won back-to-back titles as they beat the Seattle Studs of the Pacific International League 6-2 in the final. It was the second time the Foresters had beaten Seattle in an NBC final.
Santa Barbara outfielder Zach Fish of Oklahoma State University was named World Series MVP.
