2010 NPB All-Star Game

The 2010 NPB All-Star Games were held on July 23 and July 24, 2010.

Game 1[edit]

In game 1, the Central League won 4-1 over the Pacific League. Shinnosuke Abe won MVP honors by driving in runs in the second and fourth, while Masahiko Morino went 4 for 5, Kenta Maeda threw two perfect innings and Kyuji Fujikawa struck out all three batters he faced. Takeshi Yamasaki homered for the PL.

The second game was a 5-5 tie.Norichika Aoki had 3 hits, 2 steals, a triple and 2 RBI for the CL while Craig Brazell hit the tying homer. Shun Tono struggled for them, allowing four runs in two innings as the starter, but his bullpen was very strong. Game MVP Yasuyuki Kataoka was 4 for 5 with two runs for the Pacific League, while Takeshi Yamasaki and Tomoya Satozaki homered for them.
