Kansas City, MO

Kansas City is located in western Missouri, on the Missouri River as it crosses the border of Kansas. Kansas City, KS is on the other side of the border, while St. Louis, MO is 160 miles to the east, clear on the other side of the state.
Kansas City is home to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, in tribute to the fact that the Negro National League was formed at a meeting at the Paseo YMCA in Kansas City on February 13, 1920.
