Biographical Information

Pat Magness played minor and independent league baseball from 2000 to 2008. He was drafted in the 1999 and 2000 amateur drafts. He went on to play for the minor league affiliates of the Florida Marlins, Cleveland Indians, and Pittsburgh Pirates.

His best season was with the Lynchburg Hillcats in 2005. Magness led his team in every slash line category, batting .308/.481/.574. He also had 92 RBI and 141 walks.
