Stats of MLB players who are school alumni
Saint Mary's College of California has sent over 50 players to the major leagues including Jerry Denny, Harry Hooper, Duffy Lewis and Tom Candiotti. Since James Mouton graduated in 1991, though, the school has only had one future major leaguer on the team (Mark Teahen). For many years, it was both a high school and a postsecondary institution.
