Biographical Information[edit]

Even before finishing her degree Callahan started working in baseball. She spent the summers of 2017-2018 with the Brewster Whitecaps in the prestigious Cape Cod League as a MLB Scout Liaison (2017) and an Assistant General Manager (2018). The next year the Staten Island Yankees hired her as a Baseball Operations Assistant. Callahan joined the Cincinnati Reds organization in 2020 as a Minor League Video & Technology Intern. The Reds released her after the minor league season was cancelled due to COVID-19, but brought her back in the same role in 2021.
In 2022 the Pittsburgh Pirates hired Callahan as a Development Coach for the FCL Pirates. She made history as the first uniformed female coach in the 135-year history of the Pirates organization.
