2016 CPBL All-Star Game

The 2016 CPBL All-Star Game was held July 16, 2016. The Lamigo Monkeys and the Uni-President Lions formed the CPBL Red Team, while the CTBC Brothers and the EDA Rhinos being the CPBL White Team.

The game took place at XinZhuang Baseball Stadium with an attendance of 10,282. Kuo-Ching Kao hit a clutch game-winning 2-run double against Hung-Cheng Lai in the 7th inning, and he won the MVP. Chih-Hsiang Lin and Yao-Hsun Yang both recorded a solo shot. The CPBL White's Ssu-Chi Chou was the only player to homer for them, and that was a 2-run shot off Wen-Yang Liao in the 4th inning. Cheng-Wei Chang was 2-for-3 with a double, and Yi-Chuan Lin hit a 2-run single in the 4th inning.
