2004 CPBL All-Star Game

The 2004 CPBL All-Star Game was held July 17, 2004. The Chinatrust Whales, La New Bears and Brother Elephants formed the CPBL Red Team, while the Sinon Bulls, Macoto Cobras and the Uni-President Lions made up the CPBL White Team.

The game took place at XinZhuang Baseball Stadium with an attendance of 10,500. Cheng-Min Peng crushed a homer while drove in 3 runs, and he was named the MVP. White Team's Chang-Rong Chiu blasted the second grand slam in All-Star history after Chung-Chiu Lin did it in 2000, but they still lost due to Ming-Chin Lee's terrible pitch. He became the first player in All-Star history to allowed 6 runs in an inning, and he gave up 8 runs in an All-Star game was still the CPBL record as of 2023.
