The 2002 CPBL All-Star Game was held June 22, 2002. The topic of this year was the veteran players versus the prospects.

The game took place at XinZhuang Baseball Stadium with an attendance of 3,526. Min-Ching Lo hit a clutch 2-run single in the 7th inning, and he won the MVP. Lien-Hung Chen also drove in 2 runs, and Jui-Chang Chen was 2-for-3 with a RBI. Sung-Hsien Yang hit a triple for the Prospects team, and Chang-Ming Cheng had a 2-for-3 record with 2 RBI.
