The 1992 All-Star Game was held on Tuesday, July 14, 1992. The American League won the sixty-third midsummer classic by a score of 13 to 6. The game was held at Jack Murphy Stadium in San Diego, CA in front of 59,372 fans. The MVP was Ken Griffey, Jr. of the Seattle Mariners.
