The 1963 All-Star Game was held on Tuesday, July 9, 1963. The National League won the thirty-fourth midsummer classic by a score of 5 to 3. The game was held at Cleveland Stadium in Cleveland, OH in front of 44,160 fans. The MVP was Willie Mays of the San Francisco Giants.

After playing two All-Star Games each year from 1959 to 1962, Major League Baseball reverted back to a single game in 1963, a format that has been in place ever since.
