The 2003 All-Star Game was played on Tuesday, July 15, 2003. The American League won the seventy-fourth midsummer classic by a score of 7 to 6. The game was played at U.S. Cellular Field in Chicago, IL in front of 47,609 fans. The MVP was Garret Anderson of the Anaheim Angels.
