The 1991 All-Star Game was held on Tuesday, July 9, 1991. The American League won the sixty-second midsummer classic by a score of 4 to 2. The game was held at SkyDome in Toronto, ON in front of 52,383 fans. The MVP was Cal Ripken, Jr. of the Baltimore Orioles.
