Herk Robinson
Herk Robinson served as the secretary of minor league clubs for the Cincinnati Reds from 1964 to 1967. He joined the Kansas City Royals in 1969, just following their inaugural season, serving as assistant scouting director from 1970 to 1973. He was the assistant GM from 1979 to 1990, and was General Manager of the club from 1990 to 2000.
