The 2000 Pacific Coast League season was the 98th season in the league's history. It ended with the Memphis Redbirds winning their first championship in franchise history. The Redbirds lost the Triple-A World Series.

This was the final season for the Albuquerque Dukes, who were sold and moved to Portland, OR.
