2014 Pacific Coast League season

From BR Bullpen

The 2014 Pacific Coast League season was the 112th season in the league's history. The Omaha Storm Chasers repeated in winning both the title and the Triple-A Baseball National Championship; they became the first team to win three pennants in four years in the PCL since Albuquerque did it from 1980-1982. This year's All-Star catcher, Francisco Peña, was the son of the All-Star catcher the year Albuquerque began their run, Tony Peña. The league also saw the continued dominance of Petersons and Pedersons - after Brock Peterson led in homers last year, Joc Pederson led in runs and homers en route to the MVP while Shane Peterson led in doubles and hits.

Both the Sacramento River Cats and Las Vegas 51s posted the same record as in 2013.
