Biographical Information[edit]

Justin Germano was drafted by the San Diego Padres in the 13th round of the 2000 amateur draft. He was signed by scout Jim Woodward and made his pro debut that summer.

Germano signed with the Softbank Hawks for 2009, but spent the first couple of months of the year at ni-gun before getting called up.

Germano spent the first month and a half of 2011 in the Cleveland Indians' bullpen before being sent down to the Columbus Clippers. On July 26th he threw a perfect game against the Syracuse Chiefs. The game occurred, ironically, one night before the parent Indians were no-hit by Ervin Santana.
