The Pacific Association of Professional Baseball Clubs was an independent baseball league that began play in 2013. Its commissioner was Mike Marshall. It played interleague games with the Freedom Pro League in 2013 and has also played interleague games with the Baseball Challenge League of Japan. With no new news from the league's website and social media after the 2020 season cancellation, it is believed that the league has indeed folded.
