Team History[edit]
The Na Koa Ikaika Maui, or "Strong Warriors of Maui", are a minor league team based in Maui, HI that began play in the Golden Baseball League in 2010. They had the league's best record in their first year but lost the Championship finals to the Chico Outlaws. In 2011, they moved to the North American League, but had the worst record in the league and ended the season early for financial reasons.
Japanese female pitcher Eri Yoshida played for Maui in both 2011 and 2012.
