Constellation Energy League

From BR Bullpen

The Constellation Energy League was an independent league in Texas that existed for just one season, 2020. It sprung up in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, which wreaked havoc on organized and independent ball, forcing the quick creation of multiple one-off leagues. It was in the works prior to the pandemic, however its final form was a result of pandemic-related restrictions, particularly in terms of travel limitations.

The league featured four teams: Eastern Reyes del Tigre (who finished 14-9), Sugar Land Skeeters (14-11), Sugar Land Lightning Sloths (11-13) and Team Texas (9-15). All games were played at Constellation Field.
