Biographical Information[edit]
Infielder Ryan Priddy was a longtime Independent Leagues player who played from 2006-2014.
On June 10, 2013 the San Rafael Pacifics announced that manager James Frisbie had resigned due to health concerns and that Priddy would take over managerial duties. Pacifics President and General Manager Mike Shapiro said "Ryan has been with us during Spring Training and through the first part of the season. He's demonstrated a passion for the game that we believe will carry over onto the field with our players." Priddy led the Pacifics to a 48-18 record after Frisbie's 6-3 departure.
In 2014, Priddy returned to the Pacifics as a utility infielder. Following the end of the first half of the season the club announced that manager Danny DiPace would be let go and once again Priddy would fill the manager role for the Pacifics. Priddy led the team to a second-half record of 25-14, including a 2014 Pacific Association championship.
