2024 CPBL

The 2024 CPBL season was the 35nd CPBL campaign. The TSG Hawks joined, and it was the first time since 2008 that the league had 6 teams. The Taipei Dome also was used for its first CPBL team, and there were 40,000 fans in a game on September 21, which broke the CPBL record. The CPBL's greatest pitcher of all time, Wei-Lun Pan, and 14-time All-Star outfielder Szu-Chi Chou announced their retirement in this season. The CTBC Brothers won the pennant.
