The 1999 Chinese Professional Baseball League season was the 10th season for the Chinese Professional Baseball League. The Wei Chuan Dragons won their third straight title, upsetting the Chinatrust Whales 4 games to 1 in the 1999 Taiwan Series after China Trust was 10 1/2 games ahead in the regular season.
