1913 Rule V Draft
Full information about the 1913 Rule V Draft is not known due to secrecy between the leagues during the Federal League war. The draft was held on September 15 in Cincinnati, OH and 108 players were drafted by lot from the minor leagues. 67 players were drafted by the American League while 41 players were taken by the National League. The St. Louis Browns ended up with 30 players. It is known that Clarence Kraft was picked by the Brooklyn Superbas and Ed Miller by the Browns.
The AA portion of the draft was held October 1, the A portion was held October 15, and the B portion was held on November 1.
