Omaha, NE

Omaha is the largest city in Nebraska, located in the easternmost part of the state, on the Missouri River across which lies Council Bluffs, IA. It is 35 miles northeast of Lincoln, NE. Omaha has been the site of the College World Series since 1950.
A major league baseball game was played in Omaha at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha on June 13, 2019, before the opening of the 2019 College World Series; it was the first game ever played in the state of Nebraska. It featured the Kansas City Royals hosting the Detroit Tigers. Kansas City prevailed, 7-3.
