After last pitching in the majors on September 15, 2013 with the New York Yankees - his only career appearance for the Bronx Bombers - he returned to the majors at the end of June, 2018 when the Milwaukee Brewers purchased his contract from the AAA Colorado Springs SkySox.
Zagurski is one of only two players in major league history with a surname that begins with "Zag." Mark Zagunis is the other.
