Biographical Information[edit]

Mike Zagurski was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 12th round of the 2005 amateur draft. He was signed by scout Jerry Lafferty and made his pro debut that summer. He reached the majors early in the 2007 season.

After last pitching in the majors on September 15, 2013 with the New York Yankees - his only career appearance for the Bronx Bombers - he returned to the majors at the end of June, 2018 when the Milwaukee Brewers purchased his contract from the AAA Colorado Springs SkySox.
