The Rookie of the Year in the Central League is Taisei Ota while Yoshinobu Mizukami takes home the award in the Pacific League.
- November 17: Jung-hoo Lee wins KBO MVP for 2022, joining his father in being the first father-son duo to take home the award. Cheol-won Jeong wins KBO Rookie of the Year.
- November 17: Aaron Judge wins the MVP Award in the American League and Paul Goldschmidt does so in the National League.

- April 29: Five Mets pitchers combine on a no-hitter, only the second in franchise history. Tylor Megill, Drew Smith, Joely Rodríguez, Seth Lugo and Edwin Diaz all contribute to the feat.
- April 23: Miguel Cabrera becomes the 33rd member of the 3,000 hit club - and only the 7th to have also hit 500 homers.
- April 12: Alyssa Nakken becomes the first woman to appear in uniform in a major league baseball game when she takes over as first base coach for the San Francisco Giants following an ejection.
- April 10: Roki Sasaki throws the first Nippon Pro Baseball regular season perfect game in 28 years, becoming the youngest player to throw one. He ties the NPB record for strikeouts in a game (19) and shatters the old record of consecutive strikeouts (13; the old mark was 9).
