Shigeyoshi Matsumae (松前 重義)

Biographical Information

Shigeyoshi Matsumae was founder of Tokai University and was active in Japanese amateur baseball circles and international baseball connections, including the USSR, long skeptical of baseball. He was inducted into the Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame in 2022 alongside Masahiro Yamamoto and Shingo Takatsu.
