The Baseball-Bundesliga is the elite competition for the sport of baseball in Germany. In it, the mens' German championship is determined annually. Donald Lutz was the first Bundesliga alumnus to make it to the majors, doing so in 2013. Mike Hartley and Dusty Bergman were the first two former major leaguers to play in the Bundesliga. Lars Anderson was the first former MLB position player to appear in the circuit.

Participants in the top division of the Baseball Bundesliga changes from year-to-year as it uses a promotion and relegation system, like many other top leagues in Europe.
