Harvey Tung (陳河東)
Harvey Tung was owner of the Mercuries Tigers. He was the commissioner who oversaw the merger of the Taiwan Major League into the Chinese Professional Baseball League. In December 2022, he was voted into the Taiwan Baseball Hall of Fame alongside Chin-Feng Chen.
