1970 College World Series

The 1970 College World Series was played at Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium in Omaha, NE from June 12 to June 18. The participating schools qualified by winning one of eight district tournaments. The twenty-fourth tournament's champion was the University of Southern California coached by Rod Dedeaux. The Most Outstanding Player was Gene Ammann of Florida State University.
