2023 Futures Game

The 2023 Futures Game was played on July 8th at T-Mobile Park in Seattle, WA, the site of the 2023 All-Star Game. It was the 24th edition of the event. It was played as a seven-inning game between prospects from American League and National League teams, with the National League shutting out its rival by a 5-0 score. Nasim Nuñez was named the winner of the Larry Doby Award as the game's MVP after hitting a three-run double in the 6th that iced his side's victory.

Former Seattle Mariners infielder Harold Reynolds managed the AL team with coaches Jay Buhner, Mike Cameron, Alvin Davis, Jamie Moyer, Dave Valle and Max Weiner. Outfielder Raúl Ibáñez was the NL manager, with coaches Adrian Beltre, Felix Hernandez, Dan Otero, Joel Pineiro, Jeremy Reed, Dan Wilson and Randy Winn.
