The 1999 All Africa Games were held in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa and were the first All Africa Games to include baseball.

Flag of South Africa South Africa won the Gold Medal, going 5-0 with a mercy rule win each time.

Flag of Nigeria Nigeria won the Silver at 4-1.

Flag of Zimbabwe Zimbabwe took home Bronze, going 2-3.

Flag of Ghana Ghana was 4th, followed by Flag of Lesotho Lesotho, though both also were 2-3 and Ghana beat Zimbabwe. Flag of Uganda Uganda was 0-5 to finish last.
