Paul Kazibwe
Paul Kazibwe was the primary second baseman for the Ugandan national team in the 1999 All Africa Games and played one game in CF. He got their only hit in their opening loss to Nigeria, a triple off Augustine Gabriel. Two days later, he singled off Vaughn Berriman of South Africa to prevent another no-hitter. He finished the event 4 for 9 with a triple and one RBI, while making five errors. He was second on the team in hits and average (both behind Rockfeller Erima). While his error total seems high, it was only 6th on the last-place Ugandan squad.
