The Uganda national baseball team is a national team of Uganda and is controlled by the Uganda Baseball and Softball Association. It represents the nation in senior-level men's international competition. The team is a member of the ABSA.

In the first All Africa Games to include baseball, 1999, they went 0-5. Paul Kazibwe twice got hits to prevent no-hit losses, finishing 4 for 9, while Rockfeller Erima (6 for 11, 3B) also starred in a tough cause. Henry Odong took three of the five losses as their workhorse. They improved from there, winning Bronze in the 2001 Africa Cup Baseball Championship and placing 4th in the 2003 All Africa Games, with Allan Otim leading the Games in swipes.

Uganda showed its progress in the 2019 Africa Cup Baseball Championship, finishing second including a no-hitter of #3 Zimbabwe by player-manager Bernard Adei and 16-year-old Nicholas Alumai. Adei beat Zimbabwe again in the semifinals and 15-year-old Jerry Omara beat Burkina Faso for the other win.
