Cal Poly Pomona has had 15 players in the majors (through 2015), of which three, Gary Roenicke, Mitchell Page and Wayne Gross, have had over 2,000 at-bats. Page and Gross were at Cal Poly Pomona together in 1972-1973 (along with Wendell Kim and played together on the Oakland Athletics from 1977 to 1983. Tom Brunansky is an alumnus of the school but did not play baseball here. Frank Pastore, with 48 big league victories, is the winningest pitcher to come from the school.
