1976 Division II College World Series
The 1976 Divsion II College World Series was held at Lanphier Park in Springfield, IL. The six schools qualified by winning one of six regional tournaments. The tournament was won by Cal Poly Pomona, coached by John Scolinos. The runner-up was SIU Edwardsville. Cal Poly Pomona outfielder Ken Hellyer was named the series Most Outstanding Player.
