1982 Division II College World Series

The 1982 Division II College World Series was held at the Riverside Sports Center in Riverside, CA. The six schools qualified by winning one of six regional tournaments. The tournament was won by UC Riverside, coached by Jack Smitheran. The runner-up was the Florida Southern College. Florida Southern outfielder Joe Sickles was named the series Most Outstanding Player for the second straight year and became the first two time winner.
