Biographical Information[edit]
Mike Scolinos has been a college coach. Scolinos began his career as an assistant to his uncle John Scolinos at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 1985. He was assistant coach at Rio Hondo Junior College from 1986-1990, then was head coach of Rio Hondo from 1991-2000. He was then assistant coach at Pasadena City College in 2001 and was appointed head coach of Pasadena in 2002-2004. He spent 2005 as an assistant coach at Charleston Southern University. In 2008, he was an assistant at the California Institute of Technology. He then served as head coach of Coppin State University, going 0-27 in 2009 and 14-33 in 2010 and University of Saint Katherine in 2013. Scolinos became the inaugural head coach at Providence Christian College in 2015, a role he held for two seasons.
