The 2023 Korea Baseball Organization season was the 42nd for the KBO. Erick Fedde of the NC Dinos became the first pitching Triple Crown winner in 12 years and the first foreign player to pull off the feat. Hyung-woo Choi became the KBO's career RBI leader.

Awards[edit]

Erick Fedde of the NC Dinos was named KBO MVP after being the first foreign pitcher to win a Triple Crown. The KBO Rookie of the Year was Dong-ju Moon, who was 8-8 with a 3.72 ERA.

The following players won Gold Gloves, which in the KBO go to the best overall player at each position are not a defensive (only) award.

The league introduced the Korea Baseball Organization Fielding Awards. The inaugural winners were:
