1982 Korea Baseball Organization
The 1982 Korea Baseball Organization was the first KBO season. The OB Bears took home the first pennant. Two of the big stars were players with other pro experience: Chul-soon Park, a former Brewer farmhand, led in ERA and wins to take home the MVP, while former Pacific League batting champion Jinten Haku won the first batting title, topping .400.
