The 2022 Korea Baseball Organization season was the 41st for the KBO. The SSG Landers became the first KBO team to lead the league from Opening Day through the end of the Korean Series.

Awards[edit]

Kiwoom Heroes outfielder Jung-hoo Lee won KBO MVP after leading the league in average, OBP, slugging, triples, total bases and RBI. He was the first second-generation MVP as his father Jong-beom Lee had taken the award in the 1990s. The KBO Rookie of the Year was reliever Cheol-won Jeong (4-3, Sv, 3.10).

The following players won Gold Gloves, which in the KBO go to the best overall player at each position are not a defensive (only) award.
