He made his Venezuelan League debut that winter, allowing one run in two innings for the Leones del Caracas and taking a loss.

In 2013-2013, he allowed three runs in 3 2/3 IP for Caracas. He split 2013 between the Hillsboro Hops (3-3, Sv, 2.36 in 14 G) and South Bend Silver Hawks (4.61 in 7 G), moving into a relief role. With the 2013-2014 Leones, he allowed 3 runs (2 earned) in 3 1/3 IP. Out of the Arizona system, he was 0-2 with a save and a 3.58 ERA in 19 games for Caracas the next winter and allowed four runs in 4 1/3 IP in the postseason. [2]

He then began his European adventures. He was 1-2 with a save and a 3.67 ERA for Parma in 2015, fanning 47 in 41 2/3 IP. He was 1-0 with a 5.14 ERA in 26 games in the winter, then allowed one run in 1 2/3 postseason innings. [3] He moved to T&A San Marino for 2016. In the 2016 European Champions Cup, he was 1-0 with a 1.29 ERA and 12 K in 7 IP, beating Wes Roemer and Heidenheim Heideköpfe in relief and getting a no-decision in a start against Neptunus Rotterdam. He was 7th in the event in opponent average (.136, between Robin Schel and Jimmy Osinga) and led in whiffs, one ahead of Carlos Quevedo. [4] He was superb in 2016 at 7-2, 0.58 with 72 K in 62 IP, allowing only 29 hits (B-R Register has slightly different stats). He was second in ERA (.05 behind Matt Zielinski), allowed the lowest average (.143), tied Milvio Andreozzi for 8th in innings, was 5th in K (between Quevedo and Zielinski) and tied Ronald Uviedo and Ricardo Hernandez for 2nd in wins (two behind Zielinski). [5] He had a rough winter with Caracas (17 H, 11 R in 13 2/3 IP).

The Miranda native was knocked out early by his old Rimini club in the 2017 European Champions Cup but came back in relief in the 3rd/4th place game to beat Kevin Heijstek and the Amsterdam Pirates. His 5.40 ERA was the highest on San Marino's staff in the event, .90 worse than José Ascanio. [6] He was 1-1 with a 4.82 ERA in the 2017 Serie A1; only Nick Morreale had a higher ERA for San Marino. [7] In Caracas, he was 3-1 despite a 6.34 ERA and 2.05 WHIP that winter. He allowed two runs in 4 1/3 IP for the Leones in 2018-2019 after a summer away from Europe.

Switching countries again, he surfaced in France in 2019, with the Rouen Huskies. In the 2019 European Champions Cup, he beat Zach Dodson and the Bonn Capitals in a slugfest, allowing 7 runs in 8 innings, though he fanned 14. He tied Marc-André Habeck and Yoann Vaugelade for 4th in innings pitched and was second in strikeouts (one behind Andersen Gerdel). [8] He was 14-0 with a 0.73 ERA in the French Division I that year, whiffing 160 and walking 13 in 110 2/3 IP, with a .61 WHIP. He was second in ERA (.28 behind Kevin Canelon), second in opponent average (.142, .003 behind Eretz Orozco), tied Canelon for third in innings, tied Brendan Jenkins for the most wins and led in strikeouts (9 ahead of Mitchell Robinson). [9]

He was 2-0 with a save and a 4.25 ERA for Caracas in 2019-2020, appearing in 23 games with a .98 WHIP. He was 1-1 in the postseason, allowing one run in six innings. [10] He tied for 10th in the LVBP in games pitched. He was on France's announced roster for the 2020 World Baseball Classic Qualifiers when that was one of the first baseball events to be canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. [11] The 2020 French season was shut down due to the pandemic as well. In 2020-2021, he was 1-1 with a 4.43 ERA in 20 games for the Leones. He tied Eduardo Paredes for the most games pitched in the LVBP that season. In 2021-2022, he was 6-1 with a 3.40 ERA for Caracas, being used as a starter somewhat regularly after years of being a reliever for them. He tied Jackson Stephens for third in the circuit in victories. He was 0-1 with a 4.96 ERA in the postseason. [12]

The veteran moved to the Pericos de Puebla for 2022 and was 6-2 with 9 saves and a 3.13 ERA in 35 games. He had obtained French residency by now, making him eligible to pitch for France in the 2022 World Baseball Classic Qualifiers. [13] He and Quentin Moulin were France's only hurlers to appear in both of their games. He closed out their 14-4 loss to Great Britain, relieving Kenjiro Sugiura with the bases loaded. He hit Nick Ward to force in the last run then got Justin Wylie looking. His other outing came against the Czech national team. Relieving Habeck in the 4th with two on, two out and a 2-0 deficit, he threw a wild pitch while walking Vojtěch Menšík but struck out Petr Zýma to escape the jam. In the 5th, Marek Chlup singled and Martin Červenka reached on a fielder's choice before Chlup was caught stealing. Camacho struck out Matěj Menšík and Martin Mužík to end the inning. He K'd Arnošt Dubový to open the 6th, then Filip Smola lined out. Jakub Hajtmar doubled and he threw another wild pitch, then Vojtěch Menšík walked again. A walk to Zýma loaded the bags then Chlup singled in a pair, chasing him in favor of Shane Priest, who got out of further damage. He tied for 5th in the event in walks but also led France in innings; Moulin and Gédéon Coste tied for second at two. Only three relievers had more strikeouts. [14]
