United League Baseball
(Redirected from United Baseball League)
The United League was an independent league based in Texas and Louisiana that began play on May 16, 2006. All of the cities were formerly members of Central Baseball League. The Alexandria Aces captured the league's first championship in 2006 and repeated as champs in 2007. Following the 2010 season the league merged with the Golden Baseball League and Northern League to create the North American League. The Edinburg Coyotes, Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings and San Angelo Colts would join the eastern division while the remaining teams folded.
When the North American League folded after 2012, the ULB re-formed in 2013 but folded again after the 2014 season.
