The templates work fine, if you follow the instructions on the page, as can be seen by the examples on said page and on the hundreds pages that use the SNB syntax. The noinclude mimics the template syntax usage in the main namespace while still allowing for multiple individual navbox templates to be placed in a single navbox on a page. To clarify, both sets of templates below are using SNB syntax; the first (Chicago Cubs) has noinclude in the seasons templates, while the second (Chicago White Sox) does not:
| |||||||||||||||||||||||
| |||||||||||||||||||||||
| |||||||||||||||||||||||
Note how the second (Chicago White Sox) set has a table within a table (actually a table within a table within a table) while the first does not. Please revert your changes to the templates, otherwise the templates will not work as intended, and fix the affected pages.
Also, the colors for the boxes are based on each club's css stylesheet and represent the colors representing the team's identity on the web and have nothing to do with uniform colors. --MichaelEng (talk) 22:21, 9 November 2007 (EST)
