South Side Park II
South Side Park II was a ballpark located in the southern side of Chicago, IL which was the home of the Chicago Pirates of the Players League in their only season, in 1890, and later served as the home ballpark of the Chicago Colts (the future Chicago Cubs) of the National League from 1891 to 1893). It was located at the corner of 35th Street and South Wentworth Avenue.
The ballpark is not the same as the better-know South Side Park, which was the first home of the Chicago White Sox in the first seasons of the American League. The two ballparks stood in the same neighborhood, and in fact South Side Park I stood exactly where the original Comiskey Park would be built in 1910.
