The 2015 Korea Baseball Organization season was the 34th for the KBO. The league maintained its high offense pace of a year prior, while adding a 10th team, the kt Wiz, to give the league its largest number of teams to this point. League offensive levels remained high. Eric Thames broke 33-year-old marks for slugging and OPS in a season and became the league's first 40-40 player, while Byung-ho Park broke the RBI record.

Awards[edit]

Eric Thames of the NC Dinos was named KBO MVP after hitting .381/.497/.790 with 130 RBI, 47 homers and 40 steals to become the league's first 40-40 man, leading in average, OBP and slugging (a record for slugging and OPS) as well as runs and finishing second in walks, total bases and RBI. Samsung Lions 1B Ja-wook Koo (.349/.417/.534) is named KBO Rookie of the Year.

The following players won Gold Gloves, which in the KBO go to the best overall player at each position are not a defensive (only) award.
