Team History[edit]

The Daytona Cubs were a Chicago Cubs affiliate in the Florida State League. They played their home games at Jackie Robinson Stadium in Daytona Beach, Florida. After a 21-year relationship the Chicago Cubs decided to move their A-Advanced team affiliation to the Myrtle Beach Pelicans. The Cincinnati Reds took over the Daytona franchise, but changed its name to the Daytona Tortugas in 2015.
